AR Crow
AR Crow is a poet and performer from Glasgow. They have been writing and performing spoken word since 2015 and competed in the Scottish Slam Finals 2018, with publications including poetry in Neu Reekie’s #UntitledThree, Gutter magazine (issue 19), The Speculative Book 2019 and We Were Always Here: A Queer Words Anthology (404 Ink). Their work also featured in the short film We Were Always Here by Michael Lee Richardson and Garry Mac, a 2019 Now & Next commission. They work full time in mental health care and wish they had enough time and head space to do more creative things these days. Over lockdown they bought over half of the Pet Shop Boys back catalogue on vinyl and read a lot of queer YA. They consider that most things about them are probably a work in progress, including their current mullet.
