The Loud Poets team has years of experience running creative writing and performance workshops for a wide range of ages, experience levels, and interests.

We have delivered in-person and online workshops for local and international schools (including Institut Le Rosey and the Scottish Universities International Summer School), cultural organisations (including Aberdeen Performing Arts), and festivals (including StAnza and Paisley Book Festival).

We tailor our workshops to the interests and skills levels of each group we work with, and cover skills from basic poetry composition to building confidence onstage to technical stagecraft. It explains how poems work with enough details to understand what's at play in the composition of a poem but the explanations are clear, structured, all the terms are defined and it's a pleasure to follow the path each video lays out on a given theme.
